MoneyLine is Financial Center’s voice activated bank by phone attendant. The system allows you to simply speak (or use the keypad) to perform a variety of transactions—24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can:
- Inquire about your account balances
- Obtain year-to-date information
- Review account history information
- Receive check inquiry and stop-payment information
To access MoneyLine:
- Dial 317.916.7700 or 800.473.2328 and select Option 1
- Say or enter your account number
- Say or enter your PIN number
- Choose a service from the Main Menu
A personal identification number (PIN) is required to access MoneyLine. If you would like to get set up, please call us at 317.916.7700 or 800.473.2328.
MoneyLine also offers a Telephonic Device for the Deaf (TDD) feature at 317.916.7710.
