What type of documentation is required to verify an address change to an account? Is it required to make an address change in person? Can it be requested that an address change must be done in person?
I checked with Melody Stewart this morning about address changes. Melody is our Member Services Manager at the credit union.
A signature is required for an address change. Members have the ability to make an address change either in person, by fax, by mail, or through online banking. After the address changes, we will send you a confirmation of the change via mail.
