What should I do if I have questions during launch?
We expect to experience higher than usual call volume during our launch due to the amount of users logging in to our all-new Digital Banking for the first time. Please consider exploring our Quick Guides & Short Videos for direction in navigating the experience, downloading the new mobile app, and exploring features.

Why did Financial Center upgrade to an all-new Digital Banking experience?
We listened to your feedback and heard that you want more from your Digital Banking. That’s why we’ve upgraded our system to bring you the modern banking experience you deserve. Our new platform delivers faster performance, new features, and an intuitive design that makes life easier than ever.
When did the new platform go live?
The upgrade went live on November 12 at 8:00 AM EST. We hope you’ve begun to enjoy the new experience. If you need support, review our Quick Guides or Short Videos to learn more!
What’s new with Bill Pay?
As our new platform launched, most types of scheduled payments and payees should have automatically transferred from our old system. Please check this and explore our Quick Guide or Short Video on Paying a Bill or Friend to learn more about this new experience.
How do I update my contact information to access the new Digital Banking?
Use our quick form to ensure your phone number and email are up-to-date. This makes the transition as smooth as possible and will simplify your first login experience.
Will I need to download a new Mobile App?
If you’re an Apple user, you’ll likely just need to upgrade your app in the App Store.
If you’re an Android user, you’ll need to visit the Google Play Store and download the all-new app. You can find it by searching “Financial Center First CU.”
What Mobile App should I keep and what can be deleted?
You’ll notice our updated Mobile App has a refreshed orange icon with a white Financial Center brand swirl on your home screen. Our former apps, the Financial Center app with a black icon and its optional companion app, FCFCU Wallet, can be deleted, as you’ll enjoy all of their combined features in one convenient new app.
