Financial Center Named Best Place to Work for Second Consecutive Year

Financial Center was recently named as one of the 2013 Best Places to Work in Indiana. The statewide awards program, created in 2006, was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Indiana, benefiting the state's economy, its workforce, and businesses.

It is a project of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, BizVoice®, Inside INdiana Business, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) - IN State Council, the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, and Best Companies Group.

The top 100 companies in Indiana were determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. Winners were selected from four employee size categories. To be considered, entrants had to fulfill a number of eligibility requirements.

“It means a lot to Financial Center and its members to be recognized by our employees and the awards committee as a top employer in Indiana,” said Kevin Ryan, Financial Center President and CEO. “We have worked very hard to recruit and retain the best of the best to ensure that our members receive the highest level of service and care that any Indianapolis financial institution has to offer.”

Financial Center will be recognized and honored at the 2013 Best Places to Work in Indiana Awards Dinner coordinated by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, May 2nd. The final rankings of the top 100 companies will be announced at the event. In addition, all ranked companies will be recognized via a special section of the Indiana Chamber’s bimonthly BizVoice® magazine and through Inside INdiana Business with Gerry Dick.
