Financial Center First Credit Union has named Terri Chase as the new Vice President of Retail Operations. Chase has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years in a multitude of retail, lending and administrative roles. Most recently, she served as the Operations Manager for a local Indiana credit union.
Financial Center First Credit Union has hired Courtney Cooper as its new Campaign Development Manager. Cooper has worked in the credit union's marketing department since 2016. In her new role, she will be managing, developing, and leading the strategy of member and business related marketing campaigns.

Williams has worked at Financial Center for over 10 years and has over 20 years of experience in financial services. He previously served as the credit union's Director of Lending Operations, Regional Sales Manager, and Commercial Business Development Officer.
Financial Center First Credit Union launched Wealth Builder Online – a free online financial education resource to the public today. The program, called Wealth Builder Online, is available on the credit union’s website, www.fcfcu.com, and offers a variety of short financial education videos on subjects such as building emergency savings, budgeting, understanding credit, preparing for retirement and more.
Financial Center First Credit Union has promoted Gina Johnson to Vice President of Human Resources. Johnson has been a valuable resource to Financial Center since 2006, having previously served as Financial Center's Director of Human Resources from 2014 - 2018.
The City of Indianapolis has honored Financial Center First Credit Union by naming April 10 'Financial Center First Credit Union Day'. Signed by Mayor Joe Hogsett, the proclamation recognized Financial Center for its financial literacy and community outreach that resulted in the Indianapolis-based credit union receiving four national awards by the Credit Union National Association in February of 2018.
Financial Center First Credit Union has been recently awarded with a Diamond Award, recognizing outstanding marketing within the credit union industry. The award was the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Marketing & Business Development Council, a national network comprised of over 1,300 credit union marketing and business development professionals.
