Financial Center Leaders to Host Industry Webinar on Mentoring Program

April 08, 2014

Financial Center Federal Credit Union employees Mark Moulton and Jo Kiel will be featured speakers during the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Councils’ May 6th webinar discussing the Credit Union’s G2 employee mentoring program. CUNA Councils approached the two on hosting a webinar after several other credit unions inquired about how to develop their own professional development program.

G2 or the next Generation of Leaders was created by Financial Center to develop a unique career path and mentor program to enhance the professional experience and skill development of the credit union’s up-and-coming leadership. In its second year, the program is helping to create forward-thinking, well-rounded financial professionals at the Credit Union as their careers progress.

“Financial Center developed G2 because we saw a real opportunity to invest in our,” said Mark Moulton, Financial Center Administrative Director and G2 program developer. “G2 creates a learning environment for our employees to develop in skills and abilities to take them to the next level. All of these things are good for our members.”

Moulton will be speaking directly to the creation and management of the G2 program. Jo Kiel, Financial Center’s Senior Vice President of HR, Facilities, and Operational Support, will share best practices for leadership development and creating career paths for long-term success.
