Here are some of our available career development opportunities:

G2 Mentor Program - G2 Leadership is a mentoring program designed to enhance the professional experience and skills development of the Credit Union's future leaders. A new class of staff who are interested in pursuing a career in management is selected each year. G2 Proteges are provided with intensive training in leadership, communications, interpersonal skills, and performance management. Proteges are also given opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives to gain real world experience at the management level. Proteges are paired up with an executive level Mentor to guide them on their journey toward success in meeting their career goals.

Manager's Breakfast Club - A monthly training seminar focuses on the development of our internal managers. Subjects are picked by the managers on what subjects that would make them stronger and move them along their personal career development. 2013 includes topics on Change Management, Empowering your Team, and Emotional Intelligence.

Financial Center University - Financial Center's training function is run by an advisory board of internal department managers to ensure that every moment spent learning is aimed at building a confident and knowledgeable staff. Financial Center University works to create staff development plans that meet each person's personal career path. Our vision is by empowering each member of the team to reach their full potential, the Credit Union will be able to keep its promise of delivering an exceptional member experience.

Continuing Education - Tuition reimbursement is available for those who want to pursue a degree or attain a professional certification. Continuing education is a value that Financial Center encourages and benefits us all.
